Vaccines

To ensure a safe and healthy environment, we require your dogs to have the rabies vaccine up to date. This vaccine protects both your pet and others. The rabies vaccine is required by law. The paperwork from the vet must be provided prior to the appointment or on the day of the appointment.  Tags will not be accepted. 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a no-show/cancellation fee. 

Card on file 

We kindly request that you provide your credit/debit card information, which will be securely stored on file. 

Late Policy 

Our appointments are appointment based and we have a scheduled block to spend with your fur baby. If you are going to be late, we ask that you please call. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment after our fifteen minute grace period. That is to ensure every client's dog  gets the dedicated time needed to pamper them!
